I work across product, research, and engineering, mostly at the hard end of AI: multi-agent systems, MCP servers, memory that knows where it came from. I had two startup exits, lived in 12 countries across 4 continents, and a long-running conviction that the products worth building are the ones you can't design without asking who they fail on.
